Weekends has been interesting.

Did some shopping, met up with friends for Teoheng and supper.

And the most rewarding part is getting to spend time with the boy after one entire week of boring work. Yayyy.

And trying out new food places.

Tried La Nonna, Italian food. Okay this one wasn't really fantastic. Portions are hugeeee, so actually the price is reasonable. But, taste wise, not very impressive. The service there's quite good apparently. Well, especially with kids LOL.

If only everyday's a weekend...

-

Though I'm extremely guilty of spending very little time at home and with the family, and mum has been nagging to me about it...

But...

Isn't this the way holidays should be spent?

TGIF TGIF!!!

It's been the most boring week of holidays so far.

Work work work work work.

Wrong.

Bored bored bored bored bored.

All day long I sit in my container office alone playing tiny tower, bubble shoot, angry birds, tweet...

And finally!

For the past few days, I found new entertainment: Watch my taiwanese tv shows ^^

Should have done that earlier. Time passes like a fast only when I'm watching shows.

Gonna do that for the remaining days at work.

-

Met the boy for the short while yayyy.

Then had malacca celup buffet with Jasmine and Yin Xuan :)

And it's steamboat in a pot of satay sauce!

Well... Nothing much to rave about. Food turns out rather salty either or soggy and there isn't much choices to choose from. Service is rather good though!

And we aimed to finish 100 sticks of food, and... we did!!! Exactly a hundred!!!

Overall, it was just so-so. So... don't think I will be going back there again.

-

Okayyy. Gonna make my weekends fruitful!

Just gonna write whatever that comes to my mind.

Finished helping out for the seniors' fyp. Travelling to CCK every weekend for these 2 weeks is no joke. Especially if we have to reach at 8.30am in the morning. And going around knocking on people's door for hours.

Sacrificed my trip to Malaysia with the family today cos I had to help out at the event :(

And I seriously hate game booths. They are the most mundane job ever. And the queue never ever ends, and I keep repeating the same sentence over and over again like a broken recorder. So I always end up giving free stuff to people. I freak out when I see people holding stacks of tickets and imagine them coming back to my game over and over and over again. At least towards the end, I had small little kids coming to operate my game booth for me, so I didn't even have to do anything cos they were so enthusiastic in helping me.

Okay, another event experience earned. Not that bad afterall. And marks my end of travelling to CCK. Very awesome.

And...

Starting work again tomorrow.

Meh.

Gonna be working at mum's office. Oh my god, I can totally imagine the boredom again. And I seriously hope that my container office hasn't turned into a pig sty that stinks and what not cos I'll be spending my life there for 3 good weeks.

All for the cash, all for the cash *money face*
$.$

Things imma do in my office: Tweet and play tiny tower. So glad I have my iphone now!

Maybe I should go download more apps to keep myself entertained. Omg batt please no die on me!!!

#iphoneslave

Sighh and this means I won't be getting to see the boy for quite some time.

Hey ya'll, I'm back from Malaysia!!!

Not gonna be lazy, so Imma blog about my trip (that is if anyone does read this entire post).

Gonna combine 3 days worth of details into 1 post, so I presume it's gonna be lengthy. But the fact that it's almost 3am in the morning now, I may just skip lots of details, so just look at the pictures here / on facebook.

Managed to capture our first few photos after clearing customs, cos we were simply too busy making use of 3G in Singapore before we lost connection to the world wide web.

Stopover at yompeng, and I was really really hungry from watching Eat Pray Love omg the pasta... So we bought chicken burgers for supper at 1am in the morning ^^

Bought this cup of milo at 2.80 and I got a shock of my life. Then I had a sudden realisation that I was in Malaysia, so it was in ringit. LOL.

And then, I went to sleep and woke up and Genting at 5am in the morning. Ooooh cold cold~

Deposited our bags at the hotel, took a check in queue number, walked around the entire place and many places were closed, so we finally went to this convenience store. Bought my maggie mee and teh, koped their wifi and tweet tweet at 6 in the morning.

While the other 2 girls...

Decided to go get some fresh air outside, and we managed to catch the sunrise!!! Prettayeee.

Kept going back to the hotel lobby to check if it was our turn to check in, so that we could at least get some sleep, but the number never seemed to move...

And by then... it was about 9 in the morning, and the shops started opening. Okay, feeling a little hungry so we went to eat Marrybrown. Chicken porridge! 2nd breakfast of the day.

Sheesh and I think I look funny in specs. Don't look like me at all.

Bought tickets for the theme park and started trying out the indoor ones.

Took the ferris wheel and it was seriously too epic cos it turned probably more than 10 rounds or for about 5 minutes, we thought the person forgot to stop and let us get down. It became from being excited to feeling funny, then bored like we were all gonna fall asleep on this moving circle.

Wanted to try out the gondola but the guy was really creepy so we gave it a miss. Played other rides before going back to the hotel lobby and...

Wondering when number 0143 will be flashed...

Went to collect our bags, and hurrayyyyyy finally time to check in.

Got to stay on the 23rd floor, but with no view, except to look into the room of others, so our curtains were just drawn all the time.

Then time to hit the outdoor theme park!!!

No scary scary rides like roller coaster for me, but I think at least I tried some thrilling stuff.

And baskin robbins!

Funny how we were happily thinking that our ice cream wouldn't melt in this cold weather, but the moment we sat down... the sun started shining down on us :/

Went to dinoland, but it wasn't open :(

So we just took pictures and pictures...

Nono I didn't try this ride...

And I bought chocolate stones!!! Omg do they still sell this in singapore?

I stupidly remember being jealous of people who have these stones. So pretty I used to eat them with care. Ahhhhahahahaha. Tell me if there is in Singapore okay!

Yay and then I finally got to play this!!!

My most all time favourite and most thrilling thing everrrrrr.

I have no idea why I don't dare to take roller coasters, but dare to take this. I guess, the fear for this is short-lived as compared to those of roller coasters, like it's just over in a few seconds, so I can live with that kind of thrill.

But getting splashed with smelly, filthy water is no joke. Wah machiam bathing like that. Just that you don't end up smelling nice.

The dive down is so thrilling I forced my eyes open to see it hahahahahaha. Wah can play this over and over again and not get tired of this. I still miss the 10 story one at Taiwan. Cheap thrill pleaseee.

Coming out totally drenched, shivering cos it started raining halfway when we were out there drifting on the log...

People who were queuing saw my boots said, "wah those shoes can store water man" LOL.

So we went to drive a... car(?) and air dry ourselves...

And had a late lunch at 4+pm cos of the very full meals taken in the morning. We seriously eat too much in the day, eat very little for lunch and totally skip dinner.

Time seemed to pass so slow cos our day was so long...

Left the theme park cos it was raining and then we tried the 4D motion master. Almost fell asleep while watching it cos I have no idea what the show was about. 4D effects were probably not exciting enough to jerk me awake.

Hurried to take the monorail before the theme park closes, and oh my, the caterpillar takes forever to finish one round around the area. Even Cherlyn fell asleep during the ride. (Y)

Weren't hungry at all, so we decided to go play bowling since it was cheap.

And got a shock when we saw the bowling alley. Machiam club please! And they play their songs so loud, nobody can hear when you scream inside.

Like a cool siol.

Everything's illuminated...

Like even your shoes!

Okay so quite surprising that I can still get relatively good scores. Not good good, but okay~

Still wasn't hungry after 2 games, so we went to chill out at Starbucks with sandwiches and hot choc so that we could get wifi.

Probably the only time where all 3 of us sat really quietly, glued to our phone and not fall asleep.

Too deprived from technology, and it's kinda bad how I seem so reliant on social networking sites. Didn't used to be like thattttt. Or maybe just too eager to talk to the boy :P

And I got cheated into buying this green tea frappe cos it was soooo sweet, almost died from drinking it. Became 16RM poorer too :(

Headed back to the hotel after my failed attempt to tabao hor fun for my dinner/supper. Oh welllllll.

Realised I spent too much on food... and... End of Day 1...

So since I couldn't tabao my hor fun... We went back to the place to eat for breakfast.

Okay, not cheap, but kinda value for money cos the portion's so big, the bowl's bigger than my face!

And I managed to finish it (okay, almost) and finished up half of Cherlyn's porridge. Woah woah, very satisfied.

Walked around somemore, and concluded that there's nothing else in Genting for us to see, so we went to have our 2nd round of Baskin Robbins.

Never ate it in Singapore, but always eating it in Genting. Plus it's cheaper!!! So... some cotton candy ice cream for you? ^^

Back to the hotel for check out and some last views from our lift lobby...

Well... just in case you're thinking how a girl's room should look like... Hmm...

And byebye Genting!

And hello KL!!!

Cherlyn's always on the bed in my pictures #forever

Went to have lunch at Brilliant Nasi Lemak House. LOL. They have brilliant dessert! If only that really makes me smarter.

And after that was intensive shopping at Berjaya Times Square, so no pictures for you all. Shouldn't have brought my camera out cos it was making my back ache.

But we are so pro we finished the entire shopping mall in 6 hours. That was 6 (?) good floors to cover, and it was so huge we had to take 1 hour for each floor. Thought we had only cover the East side after 6 hours, so we took a crepe break! And koped Starbucks' wifi again :D

Continued shopping only to realised that we also covered the West area during our 6 hours walk, so woah, we just conquered the entire mall. #achievement

Back to the hotel since the shops were closing.

Come admire my loot! ^^

Kinda disappointed that I didn't buy any shoes or bags, but oh well, I think I'll just get those back here in Sg.

Still quite early to call it a day, so we went out for a walk in search of the twin towers.

And tadaaaaaaa.

Okay, moving on... Walked to the Pavilion and back for A&W.

The girls realised there were someone following behind us. And I didn't notice at all O.O
Oooopssss.

So we tabao our food back, cos the guy followed us into A&W where he met his friend, so we quickly ran for dear life. Okay, not literally, but yeahhh, back to somewhere safe.

And it was time for supppperrrrrrrrrr + singing session at 12 in the morning!!!

Woke up feeling hungry again, as usual, so... I had a whole lot of good food for breakfast - Fried rice, fried noodles, chicken sausage, pancakes, waffle and lontong ^^ Too shiok too shiok.

Then back in the hotel room (which is like a freezer - we turned off the aircon the night before, but it was still freezing, so we decided to take photos of how cold it was... more like we ended up camwhoring, oh well, good times good times)

Had our last round of shopping at Fahrenheit. I was already kinda broke by then. Amazing how I didn't buy anything at all. So I presumed that my mind power to stop myself from shopping was working really well. I just turned away from everything pretty.

Look at it, look at it, look at it, and put it back onto the rack.

:/

So I left the mall with my money all intact.

Had our last lunch in Malaysia. I'm sad that I didn't get to try my roti canai :(

Oh well...

-

At the lobby with all our fat bags while waiting for the bus too arrive.

My bag's so heavy I felt like I was gonna roll down the stairs everytime we needed to get down the bus.

But still... a very awesome time with the 2 girls this entire 3 days trip!!!

First time I left the country without any adults, and it's just us 3 girls on a trip to Malaysia. Adventurous enough, like cool kids!!!

Blessing that we all came back safe and happy with lots of new things hahahahaha ^^

And... end of trip!!!

Hope there'll be many many more to come!!!
