Last blogged @ 11:38 PM HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
It's 2011! Feels really unrealistic that a year has just passed like this. Not very hyped up about the new year, but what's new year without a Countdown?! (There will be 2 posts for New Year celebration - different company, different place, so read on!!!) New Year Countdown to 2011 together with the usuals!!! Had Gwee, Jiayan, Jong, Jaime, Tzu Ying, Sherlyn, Manda, MarcusSoh, Zhen Lu, Marcus, Jeremy, Azmin, Daanish, Wei Jie, Afiq at my house yesterday!!! We had dinner at the area above the function room (I have no idea what is it called. Let's call it Sky Park. LOL) Chilled and all. Then we went back up to play indian poker and stupid stuff. Finally waited till 12am. I think it was a rather long wait :/ And we all cramped at the balcony to watch the fireworks. Oh there was still er yee, er yi zhang, san yee, san yi zhang and other relatives so it was a crowd :O Meh, the fireworks wasn't as great as I expected. Oh well... Went back downtstairs and almost everyone went home :/ Only left with Gwee, Sherlyn, Jiayan and MarcusSoh so we went to the poolside to chill out. And it's funny how we arranged our small little cosy area by pushing all the "sofas" into a small circle. Then Jiayan and Marcus left too. So it was only the 3 of us girls left. And we talked the entire night. Kinda amazing how fast time passed. Finally fell asleep around 6am. And by then, there were some bunch of people coming down to steal our poolside area too. Grrrr. Had an hour's plus of sleep before going up home again, then we had curry puffs for breakfast. (leftover's from last night). Wanted to go to the hawker centre to eat initially so I can get lor mee. Mmmm... After the girls left at 8, I went to catch up on my precious sleep so that I would have energy for the activities later on in the evening... Please stay tuned to my later post!
