Am loving how I don't have to leave my bed every early morning now (though my body's accustomed to waking up early, so it's quite a pain) and slog till my brain cells die, and spend quality time with myself and the boyfriend.

So the highlight of this post would be my date with him 2 days ago~


've been planning for this trip to Rider's Cafe for a couple of weeks, or maybe two, and we got our seats reserved a week before and I've been looking forward to it the entire week!

And finally made my virgin trip to Rider's cus boyfriend had the car so going everywhere was accessible yippeees.


So well known for their brunch... I had... Blackstone Benedict with Bacon & Tomatoes, Poached Eggs & Hollandaise.


I had a tough time choosing what I want cus I wanted everything, especially the Brioche French Toast with Burnt Bananas & Smoked Bacon. Omg still wanting it now now now. This was equally good, but I'm still figuring out why the eggs tasted sour lol.

The Usual' with Eggs, Smoked Bacon, Breakfast Banger, Mushrooms, Tomato & Sourdough for him...


And my iced chocolate which turned out to taste more like coffee :( and it wasn't even icy boooo.


Ok still, credits for the ambiance, as widely raved about by everyone and anyone, plus a cute lil baby sitting in front of me.. kudos! Only thing was... everyone said you could see horses trotting by, but y I no see any?


Brunch wasn't filling, so I made boyfriend share this sinful Death by Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream with me. So awesomeeeeeee.


Finally got to see lots of horses after our meal. In their stables / trotting around / grazing / lots of them!


Got my fair share of photo spam by asking the boy to snap non-stop lol but the horses are so pretty, and they look at you like as though they want to get their photos taken too.

Even though we didn't quite dare to go near them just in case they do something funny or kick me in the butt ouch.


We followed the horses out to the small little hill where they grazed, and took more photos, and I got electrocuted by the electric fence / barrier ouch.


But yay, very very happy and thankful to the boy for bringing me there!
